Getting to know Anna Aper
Life can be wonderful. It can also be stressful and difficult. This may be due to a recent change, buildup of burnout, or a traumatic experience that happened at any time in your life. I am here to help you navigate through that because everyone needs someone, sometimes. I will be a source of support and encouragement for you while we explore what you want, identify obstacles, and learn skills. I use a creative approach throughout the process to encourage and empower you as an active participant in your own life.
I hold a Master's in Social Work from Arizona State University. As a general practitioner, I have worked with a broad range of needs and age ranges.
What should a new client know about working with you?
In our sessions we will explore life satisfaction, skills building and empowerment as well as problem areas. Some sessions may have a homework plan at the end and all sessions end with encouragement to continue to challenge yourself to grow in-between sessions.

More information on payments and coverage
Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
