In her work with couples, Annie incorporates Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) to help partners strengthen communication, deepen emotional connection, and better understand patterns within their relationships. She strives to create a warm, nonjudgmental environment where clients feel safe exploring their experiences and moving toward meaningful, lasting change.
