“Anthony has been so helpful through my journey of social anxiety. He has been so keen on listening to my concerns and moments of self doubt. He always finds a way to invite new ideas and has been efficiently providing feedback on getting me to challenge myself and my anxieties. Though it is a working progress I truly appreciate the efforts he has made to bring me down from the ledge when I have found myself spiraling.”

Hi there, I'm Anthony! I'm Anthony DiMaggio, a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Pepperdine University and a decade of experience working closely with individuals. My therapeutic approach blends mindfulness-based techniques, cognitive behavioral therapy, and coaching. My primary expertise centers on men's work, anxiety management, and fostering healthy self-esteem. My approach Drawing on over 10 years of mindfulness experience, I integrate mindfulness-based strategies to cultivate awareness of underlying thoughts and beliefs in my clients. I also use cognitive behavioral strategies to help adjust these thoughts and beliefs, aligning them with clients' visions and goals. My focus My clients often struggle with feelings of inadequacy, preventing them from fully embracing their true selves and pursuing aspirations confidently. I specialize in addressing anxiety symptoms, including panic disorder, and dismantling negative thoughts and beliefs that block personal freedom and self-assurance. I also have experience supporting individuals coping with chronic pain and related mental distress. My communication style I foster an atmosphere of openness and support, genuinely interested in clients' unique perspectives. I am willing to challenge counterproductive thoughts and viewpoints that hinder progress toward goals. While providing a nurturing and secure environment, I also offer bold and honest insights. My journey to therapy My curiosity about human behavior and deep compassion have driven my interest in understanding why people act as they do. Personal experiences and challenges in my own life have fueled my passion for helping others.
