Arazeli Wagner, LMFT

Psychotherapist
CA
I specialize in helping teens and adults heal from generational trauma. Many of my clients grew up in families where pain, conflict, or dysfunction left lasting wounds. Together, we work to process those experiences, break unhealthy patterns, and find new ways of relating. My goal is to support you and help you be your healthiest version. My approach My approach is grounded in compassion and a belief that deep healing happens through understanding our stories. I blend Inner Child Work, Attachment Theory, and Intergenerational Family Therapy to help you explore the roots of emotional pain and patterns passed down through generations. My focus Do you struggle with anxiety, emotional overwhelm, or relationship patterns that keep repeating, even when you want something different? These challenges often affect daily life, relationships, and their sense of self. Clients may feel exhausted, frustrated, or unsure why certain emotions feel so intense. My communication style I provide a safe, culturally sensitive space, honoring and respecting clients of all backgrounds, ethnicities, and cultures. My counseling style is client-centered, compassionate, and non-judgmental, allowing room for growth and meaningful change. My journey to mental healthcare My therapy journey began with my own lived experience. It took courage to sit with that pain and learn the tools to heal, and through that journey, I found a healthier version of myself. I’m here to hear your story, validate your experiences, and support you as you develop self-compassion, emotional awareness, and healthier patterns. My goals for you I help clients reach their goals by offering trauma-informed, attachment-based therapy in a safe, supportive space. Together, we explore patterns, build emotional awareness, and develop healthier ways of relating to ourselves and others.
