Hi there, I'm Ashley! Everyone deserves a safe space to feel heard, understood, and supported. When emotions or life’s challenges feel overwhelming, you or your child don’t have to navigate them alone. I provide compassionate and empowering therapy to help children, teens, and young adults build resilience, develop healthy coping skills, and feel more confident. My focus I support children, teens, and young adults experiencing anxiety, big emotions, school challenges, behavior concerns, and life transitions like divorce and grief. I tailor therapy to each client, using creativity and play with younger clients while helping teens and adults work through challenges, understand themselves, and build confidence. My approach I believe treatment should be thoughtfully designed around the client's specific needs and goals. My goal is to create a supportive and collaborative space where you or your child can discover strengths, learn about emotions, and develop the skills needed to thrive. My communication style I strive to create a warm and welcoming space where clients feel comfortable being themselves without judgment. I listen with empathy and curiosity, offering thoughtful feedback and practical tools. While my communication style is adaptable depending on my client’s age and needs, each of my clients are always treated with compassion and respect. My journey to mental healthcare I was drawn to counseling through a desire to help people feel heard, supported, and confident in who they are. My work in schools and private practice has deepened that passion. Today, I feel privileged to hear people’s stories, share in their vulnerability, and support them as they discover their strengths. My goals for you We’ll work together to set meaningful and realistic goals for you or your child. I’ll help you recognize progress, build on strengths, and develop strategies.
