I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of Massachusetts Global. I have a passion for self-exploration and personal development, especially regarding balancing the emotional and intellectual sides. Trust, authenticity, and validation are my most-used tools throughout my therapeutic process. My goal is always to support individuals in ways that facilitate a shift toward finding meaning in life's chaos. My style is warm, collaborative, and exploratory. I believe that all people are individuals worthy of being seen as more than a category they might fall into, and as such, there aren't any ?types? of people that I wouldn't welcome into my practice. I work with adolescents, couples, individuals, and people who identify as LGBTQQIA+.
