Psychotherapist
CA
Do you find yourself stuck in a rut or in a behavior pattern that no longer serves you? Are you having difficulty navigating complex emotions or processing a challenging experience? I am here to help you make sense of all of life's challenging aspects. If you have been considering seeking therapy for a while but have been anxious about the process, I welcome you. This step you have taken requires courage and self-reflection. It is not a step that many take. I hold a Master's in Psychology from California Baptist University and have experience and training in working with various clients and specific issues, including chemical dependency, eating disorders, mood disorders, and complex trauma. My preference is to incorporate a variety of modalities, including psychodynamic, attachment-based, dialectical-behavioral, and cognitive-behavioral approaches to best suit your needs. I am well-versed in trauma-informed care and combine gentle confrontation with warmth and compassion. I believe that all of the clients I work with are unique and may require different interventions at different times. Let's work together to gain more insight into what specific circumstances may be holding you back from being your happiest and most genuine self.
