She has made such a difference in my life and healing. She is so supportive and helps me deal with the hard stuff in an empathetic and understanding manner. I can’t say enough positive things about Brenda!
Well what bought me to needing a therapist was that I was homeless, and had no one to talk about my situation and I was going crazy with the stress. The instant I met Brenda I knew that she was going to be perfect for me. She's compassionate; she helps me sort through what I'm feeling and even helps me as far as what the scientific terms are as far as what the symptoms are that I am experiencing from triggers. Emotionally I definitely feel a lot more stable and stronger.
Brenda is a fantastic therapist . She provides actionable , practical measures to take. She is also a compassionate , empathetic person.
The way I connected with Brenda is subject to your belief system, but many call it luck. I’ve experienced many therapists over my lifetime, but Brenda has helped me to see that what I came for wasn’t what I needed at all. I was in fact experiencing a second round of severe coercive control, suffering miserably from the confusion and had no idea what was going on. I thought I was losing it. Brenda recognized it and treated me in a way that resonates with me. Now, I am self-aligned and thriving.
Brenda has a way of making you feel comfortable, seen and safe. She has been exceptionally helpful during a very difficult season in my life, helping me stay focused and healthy. She has a wide variety of expertise that can be helpful and guiding under lots of different circumstances.
Very thorough, caring, and helpful. Gives insightful and useful information/tools/tips to promote healing and working through traumas.

Brenda has been such a breath of fresh air. When everything felt like it was chaotic and like no one understood, her approach helped me so much in coming back to “me.” I could never truly express how appreciative I am for her methods.
