Getting to know Brice Hildreth

Hello, my name is Brice Hildreth, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Master’s in Social Work from Arizona State University. Every individual is unique and complex, and I am adaptable to your needs in therapy. I focus on building a strong therapeutic alliance, using my wide range of experience and practice, with you taking the lead in your journey toward the outcomes and goals you seek. My approach One of my passions is helping individuals understand the processes, thought patterns, and underlying causes of what is causing them distress. With a wide range of approaches and modalities in my toolbox, I regularly utilize cognitive-behavioral, strengths-based, gestalt, humanistic, holistic, solution-focused, motivational interviewing, and psychodynamic methods. I believe each person is their own expert and may not recognize the strengths, resources, and resilience they possess or the thought patterns impacting their life. My focus I have experience working with ages 6 to 74 throughout my time in community mental health and therapy practice. I am well versed in crisis intervention and treat depression, anxiety, trauma, addiction, schizophrenia, and bipolar disorder. My communication style I believe the relationship we build is one of the biggest factors in therapy success. With a client-driven approach, I will listen and reflect, educate, validate, and give feedback when appropriate, with you choosing the communication style that works best to achieve the best outcome. My journey to therapy My life experiences drew me toward becoming a therapist and helping others improve their quality of life and realize their potential. I empathize with how mental health affects overall well-being and relationships. My passion is to make a positive impact in your life that is meaningful and sustainable.
