Hi there, I'm Brittany! My name is Dr. Brittany McKee, and I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in California as well as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. My approach Using Cognitive Behavior Therapy, my hope is to help people going through difficult times find some relief. My goal is to work with you to discover coping skills and tools that fit your needs and to help set you up for success in using them. My focus I work with individuals who struggle with attention, organization, time management, anxiety, unhelpful thinking, difficult life transitions, and much more. My communication style I tend to be honest and collaborative. I aim to work with clients to find the best solutions for them, using the most up-to-date research to support those solutions. My journey to therapy I love working with people who have a desire to make positive changes in their lives. I began my career as a therapist working with children on the Autism spectrum, children with ADHD, and their parents. Through that work, I discovered a passion for supporting others and witnessing the hard work people put in to make their days feel a bit better. My goals for you When setting goals, I like to collaborate with clients to identify what they want to achieve in therapy. My first session with you In our first session, you can expect to discuss what brings you to therapy, what you would like to work on, and together we will decide if I am a good fit to help you achieve your goals.
