Hi there, I'm Bryan! My name is Bryan Strycula, and I am a Licensed Marriage Family Therapist based in Southern California, working with clients statewide via telehealth. Addressing personal issues and mental health challenges can be difficult, and it is my role and honor to provide a safe, comfortable therapeutic environment. Almost everyone has faced difficult times in their lives—it’s how those challenges are handled that makes the difference. My approach My therapeutic approach is client-centered, collaborative, and eclectic, drawing from a wide array of theoretical orientations and modalities tailored to your needs. I have served diverse populations ranging in age from infancy through later adulthood. Since 2016, I have worked in private practice outpatient settings and have a background in substance abuse, addiction, and nonprofit community mental health. I am trained in evidence-based practices such as Seeking Safety, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Interpersonal Psychotherapy, and others. My focus I am here to help. It can be hard to address personal issues, mental health complications, life transitions, identity struggles, and relationship challenges. Remember, you are not alone—almost everyone has faced difficult times. Each person’s unique experience guides the therapeutic process, and it is within your potential to achieve a more rewarding and fulfilling quality of life. Over the years, I have consistently treated anxiety, bipolar disorder, depression, and trauma, as well as a wide range of other concerns. I earned my Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of La Verne and hold a Bachelor’s degree from California State University, Fullerton.
