My journey to mental healthcare My journey into therapy began when I was working with survivors of military sexual trauma. Working with these trauma survivors showed me the power of therapy and advocacy in healing. I’m driven by the belief that everyone has the capacity for growth, healing, and lasting change, and that the client is the expert in their own journey. My goals for you I see therapy as a partnership where you are the expert in your own journey. Together, we’ll set goals that are important to you, whether that’s improving relationships, building self-esteem, or pursuing personal growth.
