Starting therapy can feel like a big step, and I want to commend you for putting yourself first, whether this is your first time in therapy or your third. I understand how uncomfortable and even scary it can be to open up and share your story with someone you’ve never met. My approach My approach to treatment is rooted in creating a personalized, supportive experience tailored to who you are and what you need. I primarily draw from humanistic, cognitive behavioral (CBT), and attachment-based approaches to help you better understand your thoughts, emotions, and patterns in relationships. My focus I believe therapy is not one-size-fits-all—each session is thoughtfully curated to meet you where you are. My goal is to help you feel safe, seen, and empowered as we work together toward growth, healing, and clarity. I’m here to provide a safe, supportive, and judgment-free space where you can feel seen, heard, and understood. I work with individuals across all spectrums—supporting people through life transitions, depression, anxiety, identity exploration, and healing from trauma. My communication style I believe in honest, clear communication grounded in compassion. I’m a listener first, I want to understand your story fully, but I also keep it real. I don’t sugar coat or enable, because I believe growth comes from truth and reflection. My goal is to help you become the best version of yourself, and that means offering kind, validating feedback while holding space for your struggles without judgment. You can expect a warm, down-to-earth atmosphere where you feel supported, respected, and challenged in ways that help you grow. My journey to mental healthcare From a young age, I felt a deep purpose to help others. As a teenager, I struggled with mental health, and truly benefited from an amazing therapist. Education and therapy were two of the biggest tools in helping me grow, heal, and eventually learn how to share those same coping skills with others.
