Getting to know Chelsea Thompson
I have wanted to be a therapist since middle school. My journey started when I realized that a lot of my peers were coming to me for support/advice/input. I could see how much it helped them to have a listening ear and it meant a lot to me that they felt safe with me. I wondered to myself what it would be like to be able to do this for the rest of my life. I wanted to find a career path that could help me make a difference in the lives of others, being a therapist fulfilled this. After high school I got a Bachelor’s in psychology and then went straight into a Master’s in Marriage and Family therapy. Since 2016, I have had the honor to be a part of 100s of people’s lives and make a difference in the world one story at a time.

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
