Hi there, I'm Christina! I am a Certified Grief Educator and Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor. I’m here to support you through life’s toughest moments and help you build a deeper connection with yourself, others, and to live in a way that honors your values. Together, we’ll create a safe and supportive space to explore how past experiences may be showing up as grief, anxiety, stress, burnout, low self-worth, and other life difficulties. With care and curiosity, we’ll uncover patterns that no longer serve you and make room for healing and meaningful change. If you’re feeling overwhelmed and burdened by the all-consuming stressors of life and are ready to take steps toward healing and self-understanding, you're in the right place. My approach My approach to therapy is integrative and compassionate, based on the understanding that our struggles are often protective responses shaped by our experiences, not personal weaknesses. I draw from a range of evidence-based modalities, including Polyvagal Theory, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Narrative Therapy, mindfulness-based self-compassion, and humanistic principles to support healing and growth. My approach honors both the mind and body as essential parts of the healing process. As a Certified Grief Educator, I also hold space for the many forms of loss we experience—whether through death, transitions, identity shifts, or unmet expectations—honoring grief as a natural, meaningful part of being human. Together, we explore how emotions and stress affect the body and nervous system, using psychoeducation to build awareness and resilience. Therapy is a collaborative process where we gently uncover and work with the stories and internal systems that may be holding you back, helping you move toward a life aligned with your values. My focus Through my personal and clinical experiences, I’ve come to learn that my approach resonates most with adults facing grief and loss, life transitions, low self-worth, caregiving.
