I draw primarily from person-centered and psychodynamic perspectives to offer a space where all parts of you are welcome as we work together toward a sense of clarity and authenticity.

I aim to be warm, grounded, curious, and authentic in service of a space where you feel genuinely seen and heard. I hope to create a space that welcomes honesty and vulnerability at a depth and pace that's right for you, where we can laugh, cry, or express whatever needs to be felt in the moment.
