Becoming a better version of you is possible! You have the power! You are the expert in your life! Obstacles may appear that can make your road a bit bumpy, unexpected detours may arise, and setbacks can take place. I can help equip you for these events and support you in overcoming these situations. I will help you attain tools and techniques to get you back on path or assist with starting a new journey through compassionate support, gentle guidance, and non-judgmental therapeutic rapport. You are the driver, and it’s my role to support you. Together, we will collaborate to help you achieve your goals, gain new knowledge, fresh perspectives, obtain new skills, and process your feelings—allowing you to make changes in your life to address your concerns. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Los Angeles County, fluent in Spanish. I received my Associate degree in Criminal Justice, Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from ULV, and Master’s degree in Social Work from California State University, Los Angeles, with a focus on children, youth, women, and families. I am also certified as a Chemical Dependency Recovery Specialist and am awaiting approval of my Pupil Personnel Services Credential (PPSC) obtained from UCLA. For over 19 years, I have worked in various capacities with diverse populations ranging from children, teens, adults, and the elderly. I have experience with children with autism; adolescents facing self-esteem, school difficulties, family struggles, abuse, neglect, pregnancy, mental health, substance use; at-risk youth; and those involved in the criminal justice and foster care systems. I have worked with entire family units to improve communication, solve family problems, understand and handle special family situations, create better-functioning home environments, and assist with reunification and permanency.

In-network insurances

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
