Getting to know Coral Huntsman

I am a Clinical Training Specialist and licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I received my M.A. in Clinical Psychology with an MFT emphasis from Pepperdine University and am currently a Marriage and Family Therapist in California. I have over 20 years of Human Services experience, including working for over seven years as a Wraparound Facilitator and Wraparound Clinician delivering community-based services to youth and families in Los Angeles County. Before transitioning into the mental health field, I spent ten years working with mainstream and special needs students in various educational settings. For the past 13 years as a Training Specialist with the SBHG Stars Training Academy, I have specialized in creating and delivering interactive clinical training on various evidence-based and evidence-supported practices. I have extensive experience working directly with the Transition to Independence Process (TIP) Model developer Dr. Hewitt ?Rusty? Clark, designing and implementing TIP Model training and consultation projects for Systems of Care throughout the US and Canada.
