Clinically, I have worked with anxiety, depression, PTSD, sexual abuse, trauma, grief and loss, life changes, DCFS cases, and high-risk individuals. My communication style I strive to create a safe, soft, and non-judgmental environment and empower individuals through therapeutic work to help them become more aware of their current maladaptive thoughts and coping skills and assist in modifying dysfunctional patterns. My first session with you We will set treatment goals, gather background information and symptoms affecting daily functioning, and provide psychoeducation about the effects and benefits of your therapeutic journey.
