Fostering a climate of emotional safety and trust is paramount. When a person feels safe being vulnerable, they can begin the work of healing and change. I believe that we are all hurting individuals capable of lasting change. By renewing the mind-increasing insight, self-awareness, and self-acceptance-we can move toward transformation and optimal connection with ourselves and others. With a Master's in Social Work from Columbia University, my primary goal is to guide clients mindfully and intuitively to a deeper understanding of their interior landscape. This process helps build and maintain healthy relationships and ultimately enhances overall physical, mental, and spiritual wellbeing.
