I tailor my approach based on your needs and preferences. I earned my Master’s in Social Work from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill, which has shaped my understanding and practice. My approach I am primarily an existential humanist, focusing on universal human needs in the context of your own goals. I also use cognitive behavioral techniques. I am trauma-informed and practice unconditional positive regard. My focus I specialize in working with adolescents, treating anxiety with or without medication, nontraditional lifestyles and experiences (polyamory, plant medicine, artists, neurodivergence), and people interested in deeply examining their choices, feelings, and beliefs.
