With a Doctorate in Social Work and licensure (LCSW), I bring over a decade of experience assisting individuals in navigating depression, trauma, burnout, maternal mental health/pre/postpartum, post-traumatic stress disorder, and cultural/ethnic issues. Through a culturally responsive approach, I walk alongside you as we untangle generational patterns, explore your inner truth, and My approach My approach to care is rooted in compassion, cultural humility, and collaboration. I create a safe, affirming space where clients, especially those from marginalized or underserved communities, can feel seen, heard, and valued. As a Black woman and clinician, I understand how identity, trauma, and lived experience shape the way we navigate the world. I blend evidence-based practices with holistic and culturally responsive frameworks. Whether we’re addressing anxiety, grief, trauma, or life transitions, my goal is to walk alongside you, not ahead of you, as we uncover your strengths and work toward healing and restoration. My focus I primarily serve individuals who are navigating life transitions, trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, or identity-related challenges. I have a special passion for supporting Black women, women of color, and other historically marginalized communities, who often balance multiple roles and expectations, many of whom are healing while still showing up for others.
