Getting to know Denise Bundick

Hi there, I'm Denise! I have been providing psychotherapy to a diverse client population for more than 30 years. I've worked with all ages in a variety of settings from Early Intervention programs to Medical and Rehabilitation programs, to Geriatric practice settings. I am a strong believer in the body, mind, and spirit connection to wellness. My specialties include neuropsychological illness and injury, chronic pain and chronic/ progressive illness management, neurodiversity, workplace issues, chemical and nonchemical addictions, post-traumatic and acute stress disorders, and trauma recovery. My approach I utilize both short and long-term treatment methods and have served as the dedicated Employment Assistance Program counselor for several companies in the MA and NC areas. My passion is helping clients and their families develop and enhance their resilience skills. I am the author of On the Spot Resilience Skills and enjoy presenting on this topic to corporations, individual teams, and clinical groups. My focus I believe that every client is unique. I believe in starting where the client is and see myself as a guide to help each client accomplish their goals, increase their resilience, and continue to build upon their individual strengths. My communication style I utilize active listening techniques. I am also direct in my approach with clients and encourage clients to be direct with me as well.
