Hi there, I'm Destini! I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. My hope is that with every client I am able to proved them with a warm, non-judgmental, and safe space to deal with life stressors in order to create balance and to live their best life. I graduated for California State University, Sacramento’s Counseling Education Masters Program specializin My focus My clients are not always sure where to begin or what exactly is going on with them but they know something needs to change. They are looking for the tools needed to make the change. They often feel stuck, overwhelmed, anxious, and at times feeling low. My approach I provide a safe, supportive space where you can feel heard and empowered to grow. Using person-centered therapy, CBT, and motivational interviewing, we'll work together to challenge unhelpful thoughts, reduce anxiety, build on your strengths, and create meaningful, lasting change.
