My approach to providing mental healthcare incorporates Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy as evidence-based methods.

I have experience working with adults and children with a history of inpatient mental health treatment, substance abuse, and crisis management. I have also worked alongside families and children in the juvenile justice system.
