Please note I can see Tahoe/Truckee clients in person in my Truckee office location (teens and young adults up to age 30+-. Are you feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or stuck-and not quite sure why? Maybe you're juggling school, work, relationships, or a big life transition and are feeling emotionally exhausted or disconnected from yourself. If so, you're not alone-and you don't have to figure it all out on your own. I'm a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with over 20 years of experience working with teens and young adults. I've supported clients in high schools, wilderness therapy programs, and hospital settings. I support teens/young adults to work through anxiety, depression, overwhelm, anger, life transitions, relationship challenges and more. I enjoy helping teens and young adults (up to approximately 30 years of age) find their own path and believe that everyone has many answers within themselves. Sometimes these answers are hard to find when life gets in the way. With some self reflection, new awareness and processing it's exciting to see how things can begin to change. As a result, we begin to understand what's been holding you back and clear what's been blocking your path forward.

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
