“I've been in and out of therapy for a long time. But I have to say she's the best therapist I've had. I feel grounded talking to her and she makes me feel safe. I love that she gives me homework such as book recommendations. It helps me progress and understand our sessions a little further. This past year she has truly been amazing and I'm so grateful to be able to have her as a therapist.”

I've been in and out of therapy for a long time. But I have to say she's the best therapist I've had. I feel grounded talking to her and she makes me feel safe. I love that she gives me homework such as book recommendations. It helps me progress and understand our sessions a little further. This past year she has truly been amazing and I'm so grateful to be able to have her as a therapist.
I absolutely love and value the care I have been receiving from my therapist. She listens to me without judgement and offers advice in a compassionate way. My previous therapists with Kaiser Permanente have asked me to change my religious views, have fallen asleep during the session, and been dismissive of my culture. Elyse does none of that. In the months I've been seen Elyse, my anxiety and depression have been better managed than they have in years. I have been able to work more and be more productive at home. She really takes the effort to truly listen and offer suggestions and ask questions that help me move forward. I have wanted a therapist like Elyse for years. She is amazing.
My therapist gets me. That's the first thing that comes to mind. And this was what I felt from our very first session! Elyse not only provides me with different scenarios for the whys and whats of my life, but a plan to help me get to where I need/want to be. She is amazing!
