Hi there, I'm Elyse! Hello! My name is Elyse Samuels, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I earned my Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Social Work from Boston College and the Boston College School of Social Work. I specialize in supporting youth, caregivers, and women in therapy. I use a strengths-based approach alongside evidence-based practices, which helps my clients build confidence in themselves and their abilities to achieve real results. My approach I utilize evidence-based treatment modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. These goal-oriented approaches generally improve symptoms over a few months before spacing out the frequency of treatment. My clients often start to feel better, reduce or pause care, and can always return if needed in the future. My focus I typically work with youth (ages 8-18) experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, or behavioral challenges, as well as women facing concerns related to anxiety, fertility or postpartum challenges, and parenting stress. My communication style I take great care to create a warm, accepting, and safe space for my clients. I work to build rapport and form strong connections, ensuring every client feels empowered, seen, and supported in every session.
