Hi there, I'm Emerly! I received my Master's in Social Work from Boston College. My approach to therapy is integrative. My techniques are client-centered to focus on each client’s needs. My focus I have a long history of working with adolescents and adults. I specialized in anxiety, stress, trauma, depressive disorders, communication, and marital conflict. My approach I have a solution-based approach and will adjust my communication style in order to make sure that you are benefiting the most from our time together. We will create a treatment plan that we are both comfortable with, which will have concrete goals in order to ensure that you are progressing in treatment.
