What should a new client know about working with you?

I specialize in treatment for trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, addiction, stress, chronic health conditions, life transitions, and more. I’ll work with you to create a plan that feels empowering and achievable. I offer a safe, affirming space where you are welcomed just as you are. With compassion and deep respect for your journey, I’m here to support you. If you’re ready, I invite you to reach out—I’ll hold space for you every step of the way. Through open and honest communication, I aim to foster and prioritize a supportive and non-judgmental environment. I use active listening to understand experiences, allowing space for reflection and processing. My therapy journey began through my desire to help others find strength through life’s hardest challenges. I've been fortunate to have worked with individuals and groups of different backgrounds across the lifespan. These experiences revealed the profound impact therapy can have on a person's recovery. I believe strongly that every individual possesses the capacity for positive transformation. It's incredibly rewarding to witness clients develop self-assurance, inner peace, and achieve their goals.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I utilize a person-centered, eclectic, solution-focused, strengths-based, collaborative approach with my clients. While I have training in many evidence-based modalities, treatment methods will be tailored to each individual's unique background and needs. I am certified in Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP). This is an emotion-focused, attachment-based approach that fosters healing through safety, connection, and corrective emotional and relational experiences. By promoting neuroplasticity, AEDP helps clients process wounds, transform pain, and build lasting resilience. During our initial visits, we will focus on getting to know each other and discussing your priorities for your healing journey. It is important to me that you feel safe and supported throughout the process. We will review your history and collaborate in determining the most effective treatment options for your situation.
