Getting to know Erica Figueroa

Greetings, I believe that one of the most courageous steps we can take when experiencing mental health challenges is seeking the support of a mental health professional. I believe that our lived experiences and lack of experience influence the way we manage and adapt to life stressors and changes. My hope is to support you in exploring ways in which you can reduce mental health distress and improve your overall mental health well-being. I have training and experience working with individuals who are experiencing anxiety, depression, interpersonal challenges, setting and maintaining healthy boundaries, managing emotional dysregulation, and trauma. I hold a Master's in Social Work from California State University, Northridge, and have over 18 years of experience working in the social service profession. My work with diverse populations has solidified my interest in continuing to provide therapeutic services. After all, nothing is more rewarding than supporting individuals on their journey to healing. I appreciate your consideration and look forward to further discussing my qualifications with you.
