Psychotherapist

I see therapy as a process of empowering individuals to become more fully human, focusing on authenticity, freedom, and self-discovery. Therapy is not a process of fixing or mending, but rather a path, a dedication, and a search. In our work together, we will emphasize the importance of fostering, encouraging, and supporting your journey of self-discovery and growth. We view therapy as an exploration of the infinite and the human capacity for both profound joy and pain. The goal is not just to alleviate symptoms, but to facilitate a process of individuation, becoming more true to your real self. It will be my pleasure to join you in your healing journey! My approach With a focus on discovery and growth, working in therapy requires that the theories and practices used in session serve and pursue a specific purpose. The central focus is on the person and the person's process. Whether we approach simple thinking processes with CBT, or we dive into dream analysis with the use of associations and amplifications, the work is always geared to a more authentic version of your self. My focus Today's world is uncertain. It offers many venues of propaganda and misinformation that can just make individuals do stray from their true, genuine path. There is very little space for transcendental spaces and experiences. We are just becoming more and more alienated from each other. The bonds and attachments that we build are limited now and do not have the same depth that they had before. Therapy should help the client go back to the roots and rebuild their capacity for community and communion with self, others, and the world. My communication style With me, you will find an honest and open presence willing to witness and reflect with you on the different aspects of your life. Questions with and without answers will help find the path through the current labyrinth that you are walking.
