As a Latina, I understand the importance culture plays in each of our lives and deeply value providing culturally sensitive therapy. Such overwhelming symptoms and mood instability can make it difficult to live a balanced and fulfilling life. Problems may arise in your physical health, and relationships, work, or school might begin to suffer. I am committed to understanding your whole world-both inner and outer-and how they interact. My goal is to help you feel empowered and to guide you on a positive path toward growth and well-being. I hold a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology from Loyola Marymount University, which has equipped me with the skills and knowledge to support you effectively.
