I am a licensed clinical social worker with 25 years of experience in mental health. I earned my Master's in Social Work from the University of Southern California in 1989. Since then, I have been dedicated to ensuring individuals have access to quality services that address the challenges of emotional and mental health issues. Throughout my career, I have served as a clinician, supervisor, and associate director of community-based mental health programs. I believe that anyone struggling with mental health deserves care that is client-centered, strength-based, and focused on growth and relief from emotional suffering. In my practice, I help individuals identify and build on their internal resources, approaching therapy as a collaborative process guided by each person's unique needs and goals for change. My work integrates a developmental perspective, considering how adverse experiences may influence one's current situation. I prioritize building strong, collaborative relationships and hold a deep belief in every person's innate resilience, which fosters positive growth and change.
