First and foremost, you can expect to feel fully seen, heard, supported, and understood. You will always have the opportunity to express and process your full range of thoughts, feelings, and emotions, as well as explore and develop healthier cognitive and behavioral practices to positively address the challenges you are facing. My greatest strengths as a therapist come from my deep sense of empathy and responsibility. I truly invest in each of my clients, care deeply about your growth, and bring my whole self to every session we share. My approach I practice from an eclectic perspective, always considering you-my client-and your unique, individual needs and preferences. I often employ evidence-based therapies, including Client-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Narrative Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Psychodynamic exploration. I also strongly believe that mind and body are interconnected and treat the whole individual you truly are-always aiming to help you cultivate healthy self-care routines. My focus I typically help clients heal from issues involving anxiety and stress, sadness and depression, relationship difficulties, work and financial stressors, couples and family/parenting challenges, grief, life transitions, and aging. I also support deeper healing from trauma, childhood wounds, long-held fears, grief and loss, and self-identity concerns. Together, we will work toward helping you feel better through self-discovery and awareness. You will also have the opportunity to learn and implement highly effective behavioral practices. I hold a Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy and a Bachelor's degree, both from California State University, Northridge.
