Hi there, I'm Fabiola!
My name is Fabiola, and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). Many times, things we experience in our past or present life can leave us feeling stuck. Life is a unique journey for each of us, and there are times when we may face painful events and feel alone. It is helpful to reach out for support and not walk through those experiences alone.
I earned my Master's in Clinical Psychology with a focus on Marriage and Family Therapy from the Chicago School of Professional Psychology.
My approach
I utilize art and mindfulness and emphasize the client's strengths to bring healing. I also use E.M.D.R. to decrease distressing symptoms and increase coping skills.
My focus
I work with individuals experiencing difficulty completing day-to-day tasks due to trauma or loss. Losing a loved one can be a devastating event in our lives.
My communication style
I like to create a safe environment where clients can be themselves and feel accepted.

I have always been interested in this career. I enjoy listening and being able to help others.
