Hi there, I'm Fae! I approach therapy from a strengths-based, trauma-informed, person-centered, and solution-focused perspective, providing guidance and individualized care to meet each client where they are in their healing journey. I specialize in working with LGBTQIA+ individuals, addressing issues of sexuality and identity. Additionally, I support clients navigating grief and loss, immigration and acculturation, anxiety, depression, self-esteem, life transitions, and divorce. My communication style is warm and grounded in unconditional positive regard, creating a safe and supportive environment for your therapeutic process. Being a human first and a therapist second allows me to bring authenticity and empathy to our work together. I believe healing is a choice and that we each have a responsibility to be the gatekeepers of our inner peace. I strive to use my authentic self as the best instrument for healing. I earned my Master's in Social Work from California State University, Fullerton, which has equipped me with the knowledge and skills to provide compassionate, culturally sensitive care. My goal is to meet you where you are, understand your needs from a person-in-environment perspective, and collaborate closely with you to create realistic, mutually agreed-upon goals tailored to your unique journey.
