Hello!
Do you feel pulled in a million directions, unable to fit it all in? Are you struggling to keep up with your relationships, work, and health? Is it hard to be kind to yourself?
I can guide you in managing anxiety and depression. Together, we can identify what's not working and get you back to balance. We'll use a whole-self approach, addressing your individual needs. We will also find the thoughts that interfere with you being at your best and explore ways to reframe them.
I hold a Doctor of Social Work and a Master's in Social Work from the University of Southern California, which inform my compassionate and personalized approach to care.
What should a new client know about working with you?
In each session, I’ll be present to listen in a safe space. I’ll ask questions and pose scenarios for you to find the answers to your troubles. They lay within yourself.
More information on payments and coverage
Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
