Hi there, I'm Hailey! Hello! I’m Hailey Dirksen, a licensed marriage and family therapist. It is my goal to walk alongside you and help provide insight, hope, and healing for whatever challenges and burdens you are facing. I have great honor and sacred trust to be allowed to enter your world. I want to understand your worldview, your life, love, and pain, and will do so by engaging with you in the most empathetic and non-judgmental way. My goal is to create a safe and supportive environment where you can explore your challenges and foster personal growth. My approach I believe that everyone is unique in their physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual aspects, so I adjust my therapy approach to fit each person’s needs. I collaborate with my clients to find the best methods for their specific situations. I often use techniques from attachment-based therapy, psychodynamic therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, gestalt therapy, Christian counseling, and EMDR. In each session, my goal is to provide compassion, understanding, curiosity, safety, guidance, and support. My focus I welcome clients from all backgrounds and beliefs. However, I have the most experience in dealing with Complex Trauma, Codependency, Anxiety, Depression, Emotional Dysregulation, Family Conflict, Grief, Life Transitions, Peer Relationships, Relationship Issues, Self-Esteem, Stress, Women’s Issues, and Spirituality. My communication style I have been described as “warm and welcoming.” Many clients have told me that I create a compassionate, empathetic, and safe environment where it feels easier to open up and share past experiences that have felt shameful to speak about.
