Welcome – You're in the Right Place. Life can be overwhelming at times, and reaching out for support is a courageous first step. Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or simply feeling stuck, I'm here to help you find clarity, healing, and a renewed sense of direction. As a therapist, my approach is compassionate, non-judgmental, and tailored to your unique needs. I believe in creating a safe space where you can explore your thoughts and emotions, uncover deeper patterns, and begin to move forward with confidence. If you're ready to start your journey toward growth and emotional well-being, I invite you to reach out. Let's work together to help you feel more grounded, empowered, and connected. My therapeutic style is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), offering clients structured, evidence-based strategies for managing thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. I work flexibly depending on the client’s needs — at times focusing on practical solutions and skill-building, and at other times creating space for deeper insight and self-reflection. Whether someone is looking to develop tools for immediate coping or explore the patterns that drive long-standing emotional challenges, I tailor the work accordingly. My goal is to create a collaborative, nonjudgmental space where clients can build self-awareness, strengthen resilience, and move toward meaningful change.

What should a new client know about working with you?

You’re Ready for Change — And That’s Where Healing Begins. You’re not just looking for someone to talk to — you’re looking for real tools, real insight, and real change. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, depression, overwhelming life events, or the stress of an unpredictable world, you’re motivated to move forward. You’re ready to better understand yourself, build resilience, and create lasting growth — and I’m here to help you do that. In our work together, we’ll go beyond symptom management. We’ll explore the root of what’s going on and develop practical strategies so you can feel more balanced, more connected, and more in control of your life. Therapy is a powerful space — one that honors both where you are and where you want to go. If you're ready to take that next step, I invite you to reach out. Let’s do the work together. My Communication Style as a Therapist: I communicate in a way that is open, reflective, and warm, creating a space where clients feel safe to explore whatever is coming up. I’m present and curious, listening deeply without judgment. When it's needed, I'm also direct and clear, offering gentle challenges or insights that can help move the work forward. My goal is to balance compassion with honesty, always working collaboratively so clients feel both supported and empowered.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

"I started out studying biology because I wanted to understand the human body, but over time realized I wanted to support people more holistically—emotionally, mentally, relationally. After earning a master's in counseling and completing clinical licensure, I’ve worked in private therapy—individuals, couples, families, teens—as well as in hospital crisis care. That means I bring a grounded approach that’s both compassionate and practical. I’ve learned what it's like to meet people in moments of urgent need, and I bring all of that to our work—helping you feel supported, understood, and capable of change." We’re going to build your treatment plan together. You’ll lead with what matters most, and we'll create goals that are realistic, clearly measurable, and meaningful to you. We’ll check in regularly to celebrate progress and tweak things if needed. It’s your journey—I'm here to support and guide it.” “In our first session, we’ll start by getting to know each other, then explore why you’re here and what you hope to get from therapy. We’ll talk about your life story so far—what’s been helpful, what’s been hard—and work together to set some initial, meaningful goals. We’ll also go over confidentiality and logistics, and if you’d like, end with a calming practice before you head out.”
