The desire and commitment to create meaningful changes in your life can be one of the hardest yet rewarding experiences. I believe that creating a safe and supportive environment where you can feel comfortable is essential to my practice. I am committed to assisting my clients in making positive changes in their lives. I specialize in working with individuals navigating life transitions, anxiety, depression, grief, and trauma. I use a varied theoretical approach but always focus on client-centered topics, tailoring each session to your unique needs and goals. I welcome the opportunity to connect and begin creating effective solutions to improving health and happiness within your life! My approach I use a varied theoretical approach, centered on forms of therapy including cognitive-behavioral (CBT), narrative, brief/solution-focused focused and reality therapy approaches. Dependent upon your own goals and unique needs, I structure each session around your areas of focus. At times, psycho-education can be used to introduce new ideas, explore barriers, and/or revisit an area of need. I do believe strongly in self-care strategies, so a focus on this aspect of functioning is often addressed. Ultimately, your therapy is your own. My role is to assist you in creating and maintaining positive long long-lasting changes in your life. My focus Have you been struggling with anxious thoughts and self-doubt? I work with young adults who are managing anxiety, life transitions, and those seeking support for self-esteem issues. Whether you’re working through trauma, building coping skills, or exploring your personal goals, I’ll work with you to create a plan for growth that feels empowering and achievable. My communication style My communication style is very open-ended, focusing on creating a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental environment. I practice active listening and will give you opportunities to reflect on your own feelings.
