I am a Licensed Marriage, Family, and Child Therapist with 17 years of experience, and I feel deeply grateful for the work I do. My path to becoming a therapist was not a straight line—it was shaped by life experience, reflection, and a strong desire to do work that truly matters. Earlier in my career, I worked as a Computer Network Analyst and was successful in that field. While I valued the skills I gained and the stability it provided, I felt a persistent pull toward something more meaningful—work that involved connection, purpose, and helping others navigate their lives. Listening to that inner voice, I made the decision to return to college. I earned my Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and later my Master’s Degree in Psychology, knowing that I wanted to support people in a deeper, more personal way. That choice changed my life, and it continues to shape how I show up for my clients every day. In my work, I strive to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where people feel heard, understood, and respected. I bring both compassion and structure to therapy, helping clients explore challenges, strengthen relationships, and move toward meaningful and lasting change—at a pace that feels right for them. I believe growth happens when people feel genuinely supported, and it is an honor to walk alongside my clients on their journey.

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
