I earned my Master’s in Social Work from Argosy University. My clinical approach is primarily trauma-informed, combined with person-centered, solution-focused, and eclectic methods tailored to meet the unique needs of each client. Trauma is more prevalent than we often realize, and its impact on an individual’s overall well-being can be devastating. My holistic approach allows me to explore and understand individuals as whole beings. I focus on empowering others to rebuild a strong foundation they can rely on during life’s setbacks. I am passionate about helping clients on their journey of self-exploration and personal growth. What should a new client know about working with you?

Our sessions begin with an Intake, where information is gathered, and treatment goals and objectives are identified. Together we will explore what your goals are for treatment and what are the steps to reach your goals. You should expect a therapeutic environment that is compassionate, empathetic, and safe. My role is to offer you insights into your experiences and provide evidence-based treatment for mental health conditions. We will work on appropriate and tailored coping strategies for your specific issues.

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
