I do all that it takes all the time to accomplish this mission for you. I stay focused on my mission, and my commitment to it is unshakable. In every single appointment with me, I constantly and consistently offer ruthless accountability and professional excellence. In the ten years that I have of experience as a therapist and life coach, I have developed a unique approach to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Emotion-Focused Therapy, life coaching, and trauma-focused services in which I blend evidence-based techniques with personalized sessions. As a result, therapy and coaching with me always find the best results for your life’s improvement, as well as the answers that you are seeking. Additionally, I will effectively help you to experience more purpose and more drive in all that you do and have. I am extremely frustrated with the Rula platform that supports this provider, and with the provider itself. I made an appointment, and initially it said my appointment was at 4 PM. I called twice to costumer support , and then my appointment time changed to 6 PM. I waited until 6 PM, and the provider never joined the link. I sent the provider more than four messages asking what was going on. I entered to the zoom meeting but no one was there After 7PM, he finally responded, telling me they weren't licensed to practice in Florida. Full of frustration, I called again to customer support and nothing was resolved. I wasted my time and energy when I needed to speak with someone who never showed up or even called to confirm details. This was the fault of Rula and the provider, and partly Zocdoc's fault as well, since they listed a provider who doesn't meet the needs of someone living in Florida, and they know I'm from Florida based on the information I provided when I signed up.
