What should a new client know about working with you?

Wherever you are on your journey, I believe it’s important to be supported in an encouraging and affirming environment. I offer evening and weekend appointments for adolescent and adult residents of Texas. In-person sessions are available in Arlington, and I also provide virtual appointments for your convenience. The goal of therapy is for clients to take away an increased sense of self-awareness, knowledge of options available to them, self-empowerment, and increased ability to cope with challenges they experience in life and relationships.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I approach therapy from the perspective of meaning, self-awareness, purpose, and approaching life and relationships with authenticity. When appropriate, EMDR is integrated into the approach to therapy with clients.
