I draw from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) to help untangle unhelpful thought patterns, while also bringing in existential ideas to explore the deeper "why" behind you're feelings or facing. When working with couples, I use the Gottman Method to strengthen connection, communication, and trust. It's all about finding what works for you, with a little humor and humanity along the way. My focus I work with adults navigating a wide range of life experiences, including ADHD, anxiety, depression, life transitions, grief, infidelity, and divorce. I have a particular interest in supporting individuals of Queer community, those in multicultural relationships, as well as sex-positive identities. My goal is to offer a supportive, affirming space where clients can explore challenges, deepen self-understanding, and move towards meaningful change.
