Jamie Pierce, LPC

Psychotherapist
CO
I provide a compassionate and supportive environment where clients can safely explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. With over 20 years of experience, I specialize in helping individuals manage addictions, anxiety, depression, and life stressors. My goal is to guide you toward personal growth, healing, and greater resilience through evidence-based approaches. My approach My approach is rooted in empathy, collaboration, and flexibility. I tailor treatment to meet each client’s unique needs, drawing from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, and mindfulness-based strategies. By actively listening without judgment, I create a safe space where clients feel understood and supported. Together, we examine how thoughts, emotions, and behaviors influence each other, and work on building healthier patterns. I believe that therapy should empower clients to strengthen coping skills, challenge unhelpful beliefs, and develop resilience. My role is to provide guidance and structure, while also respecting the client’s pace and goals. Over time, clients often notice a reduction in symptoms within the first month and an ongoing sense of control and progress. My focus I work with adults who may be struggling with mental health concerns, addiction, or the stressors of daily life. Many of my clients are navigating transitions, relationship challenges, or patterns of thinking and behavior that no longer serve them. I also specialize in working with individuals facing both substance use and mental health concerns, helping them find healthier ways of coping. My ideal clients are those ready to explore their experiences and commit to making changes that improve their quality of life. I welcome individuals from all backgrounds and work to create an inclusive, supportive space where they feel heard and empowered to grow.
