Getting to know Janelle Raynor

As an experienced therapist specializing in trauma, I partner with clients on their journey toward authentic living and deep healing. My integrative approach combines evidence-based Western psychology with Eastern wisdom traditions. Together we create a safe, nurturing space where you access your inner wisdom so that you thrive. I work with sensitive, creative, and high achieving women who have experienced trauma. Many of my clients experience anger, mood swings, and loss of "self". Core areas: Complex/intergenerational trauma; neurodivergent women; religious trauma; self-worth/authentic identity work; and major life transitions. My therapeutic approach is client-centered and holistic, including: Jungian psychology and archetype work; Dialectical Behavior Therapy and Internal Family Systems; ketamine-assisted therapy and integration; mind-body practices; active imagination, journeying, soul retrieval, and shadow work.

What should a new client know about working with you?

We use our sessions and the present moment to create a deeper space for awareness of stressors, habits, and long-standing life patterns so that you actively heal, create, and live your authentic soul-centered life.

In-network insurances

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
