As you get more comfortable talking to me about your real wants and needs, you build the skills that will enable you to live a more fulfilling life and reach your full potential.
I'm committed to helping you sift through your story, your pain, and your collection of struggles, and together we'll learn solutions to your problems. I believe there is no one-size-fits-all approach to therapy. I'll take the time to understand exactly what you are experiencing and why so that when you start making changes that improve your life, they will stick.
I earned my Master's in Social Work from the University of Southern California, which has equipped me with the knowledge and skills to support you effectively.

What should a new client know about working with you?
My approach is collaborative, warm, and accepting. With that said, my goal is to give you the quickest relief possible, which means I provide immediate feedback, tasks to focus on between sessions, and tools to learn coping skills. Nothing makes me happier than helping my clients thrive and feel better about themselves!

More information on payments and coverage
Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
