I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 20 years in the field of mental health and hold a Master's in Social Work from Florida State University. I have extensive expertise in Psychological Health Program Management, Warrior Transition, Operational Stress Control, Post Deployment Counseling, and Clinical Addiction Counseling. My multidisciplinary background spans Public Administration, Social Work, and Criminal Justice, empowering me to provide comprehensive Program Management and Mental Health Services to a diverse range of individuals.
While I have extensively worked with Military Service Members, my services are not limited to this group. I am dedicated to creating individualized treatment plans and providing supportive counseling that helps individuals from all backgrounds, professions, and experiences overcome adjustment disorders, anxiety, depression, substance abuse, and other symptoms associated with trauma from various life experiences.
I am proud to be recognized as an International Certified Addiction Counselor. With this title, I provide extensive counseling services not only to individuals grappling with various types and degrees of addiction but also to their families. I believe understanding addiction and the recovery process is a collective effort, which is why I offer educational information about addiction, treatment phases, support plans, and relapse prevention techniques to patients and their loved ones alike.
